German scientists have proposed a new hypothesis on Monday in regards to tinnitus (ringing in the ear) and music. Although, the European Union health panel became concerned for the hearing of those living in industrialized countries (listening to mp3 players at loud volumes for long durations), these German scientists are saying listening to altered music can actually help bring back hearing.
